UCMS is an authorised agency to Parsmedix Ltd (pmx). UCMS is responsible for event organisation, Date specification, Course material, Recruitment and Booking of new applicants. Processing of all applications and liaising with Registered phlebotomist for arranging shadowings.
All applications to UCMS, will be dealt with on a first come first serve basis.
A complete registeration is defined as below:
1- Having filled our registeration form completely, providing all the information we require.
2- Having made full payment for the course at least three days before the commencement of the course.
3- Payments by Cheques must await clearing process (5 working days) before being considered.
All payments must be made to Parsmedix Ltd and not to UCMS.
All payments made to Parsmedix Ltd for the purpose of Registeration are fully refundable upon receipt of a written notice (by post, email or fax to 0044 20 8369 6041 at least 48 hours before the commencement of the course.
If a course booking is cancelled in less than 48 hours, the following adminstration charges will apply:
1- Upon the receipt of applicant's written notice, If more than 24 hours is remaining before the commencment of the course, half of the Registeration funds will be refundable.
2- Upon the receipt of applicant's written notice, If less than 24 hours is remaining before the commencement of the course, No funds will be refunded.
All refunds will be made in the form of a business cheque from Parsmedix Ltd, within 5 working days after the end of the course in question.
